Condé Nast — Account Management + Performance Marketing

Condé Nast

Overview

Condé Nast challenged Drew+Rose to increase subscription growth for Vogue magazine. Through a test-and-learn approach, we refined their paid advertising strategy and launched new channels including TikTok and Pinterest. The learnings from Vogue were then rolled out across other publications including Wired, GQ, House & Garden, Tatler and World of Interiors.

My Role

I was the project lead on this account, managing the client relationship and coordinating both the paid media team and the design team. I was responsible for making sure all deadlines were hit and performance targets were met across multiple publications and campaign types.

What I Delivered

A multi-channel performance marketing programme focused on driving magazine subscriptions. We analysed buyer behaviours and built hyper-targeted adverts and remarketing campaigns to capture buyers at the right moment, driving an uplift in conversions.

The strategy was proven on Vogue first, then scaled across the wider Condé Nast portfolio of publications.
